Breakfast 2xweight watchers malted, flora light _ jam
dinner - half tin tom soup with 2X warburtons wholemeal
tea 100g McCains oven chips, tuna mayo, peppers, lettuce, cucumber
just had 2 slices of ww malted and philadephia choc spread. But feeling the need for actual chocolate and lots of it. Not given in yet though. Don’t feel as if I’m going to lose this week, so… we’ll see.
So Mel’s bullied me into starting bloggin again and I’m quite crap at it so I’ll try harder this time…
Shall need to update weigh in wednesdays and what not! Diet has been going well, i put on last week after sort of having a week off but was only a pound, expected more so I was happy with it and have got straight back on it.
Food today…

usual cooked sunday dinner - was yum!
tea was 100g prawns and lettuce with prawn cocktail (homemade) sauce with 2X weight watchers malted, flora light butter and pack of quavers and weight watchers mini roll.
Gonna have some toast and the philadelphia choc spread with my cuppa :)
That is all. Oh, and I’m way too excited about going to disneyland in October!
Weigh Day tomorrow! Very nervous, hope it’s good! I’ve been doing the same as last weekend but not had time for exercise so not sure how it’s going to work out tomorrow!
Still trying to get my head around calorie counting as I can eat what I like (in moderation of course) so hopefully still a good outcome tomorrow :D
Shall do a proper blog thing tomorrow - just thought I’d do this to shut Mel up. Off to look at her Disney princesses now…
